Paul comes form a military background, were he was a Royal Marines Commando Medic and Dental Assistant (RMMADA).

He became an EMT-D whilst working in RNH Haslar Gosport in the A&E department.

Paul has been teaching First Aid and Advanced First Aid since 1998 to service personnel and in 2001 started teaching the Emergency First Response Programmes after leaving the military.

Paul is also an active Master Diving Instructor for the Professional Association of Diving Instructors and a Power Boat Instructor for the RYA and currently owns 2 dive resorts in both the UK and Middle East.

Paul has completed commercial diving contracts with Nakeel and Athena and has been used for numerous environmental surveys that include filming, photography, survey work and sample taking.

Steve is an Automation and Control Engineer with Civil engineering experience working within the construction industry where among other duties he has worked on environmental based projects such as wastewater treatment works and has conducted trainings and group meetings for first aid and primary care, H&S toolbox’s, training of manual handling and COSHH in chemical production facilities and on construction sites for companies such as Halcrow, Fosroc, Carillon, Leightons, Veolia, Besix, Nakheel, and Interserve.

Steven is an active member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, an associate member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment and a member of the Associated Parliamentary Engineering Group.

Catriona (Kate) is a full time first aid instructor for First Aid Uk and also a Dive Master.

Kate brings a wealth of experience into her First Aid courses, having lived in the US for several years she is very thorough when it comes to Rules & Regulations.

Phil is a qualified chef who is in charge of the first aid requirements for two large Weymouth restaurants.

As well as being one of our Instructors Phil is also our course assessor so you will see him on most of the courses we run.
